Situated in the centre of the Costa Brava's Lloret de Mar, just 50 metres from the sea.
This is an old colonial house that has been extended, but still captures the atmosphere from the days of the Spanish colonies that returned from Cuba & the Americas with their riches.
The people were known as "Americanos" or "Indianos" - the ones who had gone to the Americas poor, made a fortune and returned home with vast amounts of money that allowed them to live in wealth.
The restaurant & apartments are second to none for quality of comfort, hospitality and local cuisine.

As the owner of this webspace, I have recently stayed in La Habana in an apartment on a b& b basis, so I have written this page.
I was so impressed with the quality of service, friendliness, price and cuisine.
Would I stay there again?.....
I can't wait to go back!
